Because we are a food service business, our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our kitchen team. Please read the following policy carefully.
1. Order Accuracy
We take great care to ensure every order is prepared correctly. If you receive an incorrect item, a missing item, or an order that does not match what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can make it right.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds or replacements may be issued under the following circumstances:
- You received the wrong item(s)
- An item from your order was missing
- Your food arrived cold, spoiled, or not prepared to standard due to an error on our end
- Your order was significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery/pickup time due to our fault
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Change of mind after the order has been prepared or is in progress
- Incorrect address or contact information provided by the customer
- Delays caused by third-party delivery services, traffic, or weather conditions
- Dislike of taste, spice level, or personal preference when the item was prepared correctly and as described on the menu
- Orders picked up more than 30 minutes after the ready time without prior notice
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or report an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order:

- Your order number or receipt
- Date and time of your order
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item(s), if applicable (for quality or accuracy issues)
4. Refund Processing
Once your request is received, our team will review the issue and respond within 1–2 business days. If your refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
- In some cases, we may offer a replacement item or store credit instead of a monetary refund, at the customer's preference where possible.
5. Cancellations
- Online/Phone Orders: Orders may be cancelled free of charge if the request is made before food preparation has begun. Once preparation has started, cancellations may not be eligible for a full refund.
- Catering/Large Orders: Catering and bulk orders require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellation. Cancellations made after this window may be subject to a partial charge to cover ingredient and preparation costs.
6. Third-Party Delivery Orders
If you placed your order through a third-party delivery platform (such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, etc.), refund requests must be submitted directly through that platform, as they manage payment processing and delivery logistics. FC Halal Corner will assist where possible, but refund approval for these orders is subject to the third-party platform's policies.
7. Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality and freshness of our food. If something doesn't meet our standards, we want to know. Our goal is always to resolve issues quickly and fairly, whether that means a replacement, a refund, or a credit toward your next order.
